MAY TOURNAMENTS - LAKE BRITTON A limited field of only four boats enjoyed good fishing at the Lake Britton Tournaments May 18-19. Consistent fishing performances were displayed by both Team Ayers and Team Driessen both days. On Saturday BOB AND CALEB AYERS edged out LEO AND BILLY DRIESSEN for first place and Big Fish weighing in a 5 fish limit of 15.01 pounds, anchored by an impressive 5.14 Largemouth. Team Driessen's second place bag weighed 14.39 pounds. MIKE ROOK AND BILL DUVAL were a distant third with a 5 fish limit of 9.02 pounds. Sunday's results was almost a mirror finish with Team Ayers again edging Team Driessen by less than a pound. BOB AND CALEB AYERS' 5 fish weighed 14.95 pounds and also included the Big Fish of the day at 4.31 pounds. LEO AND BILLY DRIESSEN followed closely at 14.14 pounds.
